The Palm Beach Pops Welcomes Frank Sinatra, Jr., singing “Sinatra sings Sinatra”

(Palm Beach Gardens, FL – December 26, 2014) Charlotte Laurent-Ottomane, Executive Director of The Palm Beach Pops, today announced
that South Florida’s most loved pops orchestra is welcoming Frank Sinatra, Jr., as he launches his father’s centennial, with the original arrangements that define the sound of the Sinatra legend.

Led by Grammy and Emmy award winning Music Director and Principal Conductor Lee Musiker, The Palm Beach Pops will perform at the Boca Raton Community Church on January 10th and the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts on January 11th.

“Following the huge success and warm welcome back from our patrons at our recent “Holiday Spectacular” Concert, we have a very special program planned for “Sinatra sings Sinatra”. This concert will hold a few special surprises including an exciting version of the National Anthem by 15 year-old Brooke Sterling and a dynamic dance performance by students from the Dreyfoos School of the Performing Arts. Above all, we are thrilled to honor the great legend, Frank Sinatra,” said Lee Musiker. “I am very pleased to have the opportunity to work with Frank, Jr., and my longtime friend and colleague, his Music Director and Conductor, Terry Woodson,” continued Musiker.

“We are grateful for the support we have received for underwriting the concert and supporting The Palm Beach Pops orchestra for “Sinatra sings Sinatra”, said Charlotte Laurent-Ottomane, Executive Director of the Palm Beach Pops.

Sponsors for “Sinatra sings Sinatra” include Robert and Janet Nakushian, along with co-sponsors, the Ronald Barsanti Family Foundation and Dr. Sol and Suzee Colsky. Appreciation also goes to Chowder Heads, “Authentic New England Seafood”, and A1A Airport & Limousine Service for their in-kind sponsorship.
